Excel Administrative Associate
The Excel Administrative Associate will help the department with daily duties of the company for an effective work flow. The best candidate has previous experience working with Excel Pivot Tables and can handle accurate data entry within a fact paced environment. - Comfortable with high volume data entry abilities and usage of Excel
- Professional attitude to respond promptly to requests and weekly reporting
- Ability to document, edit, and assess activity, letters, grant cycle, and daily correspondences
- Assist and support human resources (HR) team with any employee clerical files, duties, etc.
- Understand and process Cybergrants and Aleryx
- Help with other department tasks, as needed
- Must have experience Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Tables, V look ups, Spreadsheets)
- Superior accurate data entry
- Proficient interpersonal communication, Written and Verbal
- Minimum 1 – 3 years experience as data entry associate, compliance specialist, customer service representative, clerical back office support, administrative assistant, project coordinator, department administrator, executive lead, or related job titles
- Temporary Hire to Open
- $20.00 per hour, Full-time
- Phoenix (north), Arizona
