Data Entry/ Admin Clerk Job Responsibilities:
Administrative support to the marketing, accounting and HR department
Work on administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copies, etc.
Work on projects and manage coordinating projects
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
Type in data provided directly from customers
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
3+ years’ data entry experience
10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH with minimal errors
Ability to maintain confidentiality about financial matters
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communicator and quick learner
Must have advanced excel skills
