Job Description

Are you an analytical person by nature? Do you seek joy in helping others? Are you skilled in excel? Then a Data Administrative Assistant is the right fit for you! This is a temp to hire position, with potential for being long-term, going through January 2022.

Ajilon is seeking candidates with an expertise in excel who likes to analyze data. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in the office. A parking pass will be included as well. If you’re looking for a new job with experience in any of these requirements listed above, apply online today!

Responsibilities:

  • Using Raiser's Edge to interpret data, report mailing costs, and demonstrate return on investment.
  •  Consistently improves services and quality through individual efforts and initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to develop solutions and continuous improvements to processes/procedures, policies, and services.
  •  Assist with data entry and analysis to provide administrative support to the organization.
  • Attending meetings and assisting with program logistics.
  • Survey coding, as well as the creation of data reports, posters, and presentations.
  • Creating financial spreadsheets and organizational charts to help the office run more smoothly.
  • Qualifications:  

  • At least two years of administrative experience is required.
  • Entering numerical data into databases on time.
  • Outlining the necessary processes and procedures for responding to and completing inquiries.
  • Skills:

  • Working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SPSS, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • The ability to be extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Experience:

  • 2+ years of Excel and Microsoft Word experience
  • Compensation:

  • $19 per hour
  • Employment Type:

  • This is a contract/temp-to-hire position that will last until January 2022.
  • Work Hours:

  • 3 days in office, 40 hours per week
