Customer Support Specialist
Ajilon is partnering with a rapidly-growing logistics organization in Seattle, WA for a team of Customer Support Specialists.

- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt response times and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions internally to assist in minimizing future occurrences
- Become an expert on the internal platform and be able to assist with any question that our customers may have
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of shipping and transportation industry
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially when customers are stressed or upset
- Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm
- $18 - $20 DOE
