Job Description
Ajilon has partnered with a growing business in North San Diego who is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have top-notch customer service experience and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to continue your Customer Service career and have room to grow within the company.

Hours are 8-5 and position will be remote until approved to go back into their north county office. The salary for this Direct Hire position is between $19 and $21/hour along with excellent benefits!

 

Responsibilities include:

-Answering inbound phone calls

-Connect customers to the appropriate team member

-Manage customer database

-Ensure customer accounts are kept up to date

--Provide support to the Sales team

-Additional duties as needed 

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree required

-Customer Service experience, Call center or related experience

-Familiar with Insurance industry    

-Ability to meet deadlines

 -Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Can work well independently with little supervision, in a busy environment

- Prioritize and manage time efficiently between answering phone calls and administrative duties

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
