We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist for a growing client near Oak Brook! The person in this position will be responsible for communicating with potential clients via phone/email/chat. This is a growth position with excellent opportunity for advancement!

*This position is contract to hire*

Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with clients via phone/email/online chat regarding products/services
  • Answering incoming calls from clients
  • Making follow up calls as needed
  • Answering client questions/inquiries
  • Assisting Operations team with various administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role
  • Recent Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Tech savvy with intermediate skills in Microsoft products
  • Must be a quick learner and someone seeking professional growth!
