We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist for a growing client near Oak Brook! The person in this position will be responsible for communicating with potential clients via phone/email/chat. This is a growth position with excellent opportunity for advancement!

- Corresponding with clients via phone/email/online chat regarding products/services
- Answering incoming calls from clients
- Making follow up calls as needed
- Answering client questions/inquiries
- Assisting Operations team with various administrative duties
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role
- Recent Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Tech savvy with intermediate skills in Microsoft products
- Must be a quick learner and someone seeking professional growth!
