Customer Support Specialist in River North!

Ajilon is searching for an experienced Customer Support Specialist that has excellent communication skills and great time management. If you possess 2 + years of Customer Service experience, this role may be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Produce written and email correspondence in response to customer inquiries
  • Receive and refer telephone calls and answer routine questions
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Responsible for sharing and compiling information as directed
  • Assist management staff with special projects and company initiatives
  • Organize and maintain files and records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of previous experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $16.50/hr.
