- Produce written and email correspondence in response to customer inquiries
- Receive and refer telephone calls and answer routine questions
- Open and distribute mail
- Responsible for sharing and compiling information as directed
- Assist management staff with special projects and company initiatives
- Organize and maintain files and records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of previous experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
