Job Description

Ajilon is working with an Equipment Company in North Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for customer-oriented support representative to act as a liaison, provide auction and website information, while answering questions and resolving any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. This is a Temp to Hire Full-Time, Monday through Friday position that is paying $14-$15 per hour.

  • High volume inbound calls
  • Outbound calls and telemarketing
  • E-mail responses
  • Live chat assistance
  • Problem solving
  • Support related programs requiring data entry
Job Requirements

Education/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D, required
  • Some College experience preferred

Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong active listening skills
    Proficient in MS Office Suite
