You will be responsible for overseeing customer service and order entry . Responsible for entering product and customer information in various formats and platforms, fulfilling multiple requests and maintaining internal and external databases. Ensure orders, schedules, shipments, invoices, samples, and other requested information goes out on time with proper support and no errors.

Job Functions

•Excellent Communication with customers (internal & external) oral and written

•Process timely, accurate orders, schedules, shipments, invoices communications and documents

•Work with customers to resolve issues quickly and accurately

•Provide superior customer service

•Manage packaging

Requirements

•At least two years experience in a customer service or order entry

• Communication Skills (oral, written, phone, listening)

•Excellent Organizational Skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

•Strong attention to Detail, work accuracy

•Ability to multi task

•Ability to manage tasks and meet or exceed timelines

•Problem Solving
