We have a Bilingual Customer Service Representative job in Corona, CA. Candidates must have two plus years of experience to be considered for this position and be bilingual in English and Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers with order entry, shipping requirements, and quoting available inventory and pricing. Experience out of manufacturing and/or distribution is required.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and emails
  • Research and direct calls to specific internal departments
  • Providing thorough explanations of parts and products offered
  • Communicating with internal and external vendors and customers

Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales in Manufacturing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Experience with an ERP or MRP system is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve
