Job Description

Ajilon is partnered up with a major manufacturer in Cleveland, OH that is in need of a Customer Service Representative. This is a contract to hire opportunity that is great for people with entry level experience that are looking to turn it into a career.

The environment is fast paced and the Customer Service Representative will be dealing with customers both in person as well as over the phone and through email. Usage of the Microsoft Office Products, answering questions related to the products, as well as ensuring satisfaction from the customers are all parts of this role.   • Handling phone calls and emails from customers
  • Data entry as well as quick typing skills
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • The ability to multitask

  • Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Data entry skills are a plus
  • Covid vaccination required

  • Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • On the job experience using the Microsoft Office Products (especially with Excel)
  • A high level of professionalism at all times

  • $14 an hour

  • Work Hours:

  • Full Time 40 hours per week
  • 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
