- Call Center experience strongly preferred
- High Volume Calls
- Experience with Call Center phone system
- ERP system experience
- good retention for product line knowledge (understand company webiste)
- Reliability and attendance crucial (Strict Policy)
- Potential for hybrid work after 6 months
- You will be trained on Oracle ERP
- multiple platforms such as Teams, IM, Outlook, and Oracle
- Excellent classroom training with a dedicated recruiter who explains product line, 500 page product catalogue provided, and role playing
- Will use solid written communication skills to respond to clients via email in regards to orders received, short shipments, order delays, and change orders
- High, high volume of calls in a fast paced environment. Will learn how to take calls and document with resolution at end of each call
