Call Center Representatives

Temp to hire opportunity to Join a Global leader in high end custom door hardware.

  • Call Center experience strongly preferred
  • High Volume Calls
  • Experience with Call Center phone system
  • ERP system experience
  • good retention for product line knowledge (understand company webiste)
  • Reliability and attendance crucial (Strict Policy)
  • Potential for hybrid work after 6 months
  • You will be trained on Oracle ERP
  • multiple platforms such as Teams, IM, Outlook, and Oracle
  • Excellent classroom training with a dedicated recruiter who explains product line, 500 page product catalogue provided, and role playing
  • Will use solid written communication skills to respond to clients via email in regards to orders received, short shipments, order delays, and change orders
  • High, high volume of calls in a fast paced environment. Will learn how to take calls and document with resolution at end of each call
