Responsibilities

  • Field 30-40 incoming calls daily
  • Respond to questions, escalations, and troubleshoot problems
  • Understand and comply with company objectives, performance standard and policies
  • Share best practices with colleagues
  • Efficiently handle escalations

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service (not required)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Pay

  • $15.50-$20/hour depending on experience
