- Field 30-40 incoming calls daily
- Respond to questions, escalations, and troubleshoot problems
- Understand and comply with company objectives, performance standard and policies
- Share best practices with colleagues
- Efficiently handle escalations
- 1+ years of experience in customer service (not required)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- $15.50-$20/hour depending on experience
