Customer Service Specialist
$13-15 per hour
Monday-Friday (50+ hours per week), OT required
Ajilon is partnering with an expanding company in the heart of Campus Martius in downtown Detroit, seeking a Customer Service Specialist! This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend. The Customer Service Specialist involves heavy communication via the phone and email and is in the hunt for someone who is professional and friendly.

- Review and analyze financial, banking and mortgage documents
- Communicate via email and phone with clients, vendors, banks, and internal employees to resolve any missing or incorrect data
- Create and/ or edit financial documents ensuring accuracy
- Type with proficiency and update financial data within internal system
- Support team with compiling and sorting information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- One-year office experience required
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Professional communication via telephone and email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
