Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders for customer orders
- Bill and invoice customers
- Respond to customer orders, quotes and other requests
- Track and trace customer shipments
- Follow up on customer questions and inquires
- Utilize inventory and ordering systems to manage customer order flow
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ERP system experience is a plus
