Do you have previous Customer Service experience? Ajilon is working with our Global Sportswear Client in Beaverton, OR to find multiple Customer Service Specialists. The Customer Service Specialist will support escalated consumer inquiries via phone, email, and chat communication. In addition, this individual will partner with multiple internal teams, including Social Media and Digital. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of Customer Service, Retail, or Sales experience, with a passion for the product! This contract is 1 year long, with an hourly pay of $17-$18. This is a fully remote position!
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound inquiries from consumers via phone, email, and chat
- Manage orders from order entry to delivery
- Answer product questions and troubleshoot with consumers
- Utilize CRM to document and track all activities
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of Customer Service, Retail, or Sales experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with CRM is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications
