Ajilon is partnering with a medical supply company in the Tigard, OR area seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist their corporate team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls regarding general inquiries, taking payment information and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer support through phone and email inquiries
  • Input client data into internal systems accurately 
  • Process payments
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience with EPIC highly preferred
