Customer Service Representative

Ajilon in currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Saint Louis, MO area. A Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Education:

  • High school diploma

Work Hours: Monday -Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
