Job Description
Our client near Woodridge, IL is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of call center/customer service experience.

Hours: 8am-5pm ( two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute Lunch)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service in our high volume call center
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationship with customers
  • Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
  • Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Have great attendance and punctuality
  • Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Call Center Experience 
  • Must have least 2-3 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service/sales role
