Job Description

Ajilon is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Louisville, KY area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Manufacturing Customer Service experience. This is a strong company with great growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage all transactions including, orders, returns and invoices
  • Create and manage relationships with customers and all internal partners
  • Answering customer questions, resolving issues, and partner with the correct resource when necessary 
  • Recommend additional products based on customer needs
  • Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Manufacturing Customer Service 
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Positive, high energy individual that is looking to learn and grow
  •
