 Partner Support Specialist I-Graveyard shift

 

Overview:

 

 Seeking to add a Partner Support Specialist I to the team. You will be responsible for supporting a network of clients across all of our regions and supporting the implementation of new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in problem solving, excellent communication skills, will be driven by the challenge of providing high quality service to our clients and partners.  Resolving level one support issues, assisting our quality assurance team in testing new software releases and ensuring our users have an awesome experience 

 

Essential Job Functions:

                                                                                                

  • Provide professional customer service consultation to all customers
  • Actively participate in meetings and training sessions as required
  • Handle inbound/outbound communications via phone, chat, and email
  • Update inventory management system to record pertinent tow information and data entry
  • Dispatch and monitor clients in multiple regions
  • Resolving Level 1 support issues via Zendesk
  •  

    Key Attributes:

     

  • Experience with smartphone technology
  • Experience with web based applications
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently after being shown how to do a task
  • Natural prowess to solve problems
