Do you like helping people? If so, our client in Brea is seeking a bilingual customer service representative with great customer service skills!

About the company:

Fast paced Manufacturing company looking to add to their growing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound phone traffic
  • Communicate with customers regarding their accounts/any overdue amounts
  • Provide solutions to customer concerns
  • Enter/update customer contact notes and information
  • Process incoming payments
  • Locate past due delinquent account using loan documents and additional databases
  • Work with team members and other departments regarding delinquent accounts
  • Follow all federal and state laws
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior experience performing customer service
  • Superior customer relations skills
  • Results oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Computer literacy with competency in Word and Excel, aptitude for learning new programs
  • Professional appearance, attitude and absolute dependability/reliability
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a must
