- Addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
- Reporting accurate information daily
- Handle escalations to ensure that all issues are appropriately addressed and handled
- Follow-up on orders with clients to ensure all needs are met
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong MSO skills – (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant Customer Service Representative experience
