Job Description

Do you enjoy providing outstanding customer service on a daily basis? Do you enjoy helping others out by problem-solving and researching for the right answers? Ajilon is hiring Call Center Customer Service Representatives. 

Job Requirements:

  • Call Center experience strongly preferred 
  • High Volume Calls 
  • Experience with Call Center phone system
  • ERP system experience
  • Good retention for product line knowledge
  • Reliability and attendance crucial 
  • Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Efficiently and accurately provide light data entry and documentation on customer profiles
  • Schedule:

  • Training hours:  Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30 pm (for a 6 week period)
  • Work hours may vary from 5am start to 8:30 am start (this is after training
  • Potential for hybrid work after 6 months  
  • Pay $17.00
