Job Description

Our client has a temp to hire opportunity located in City if Industry, CA. The company is looking for someone to add to their team that is looking for growth and stability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new customers in the database
  • Process orders into the system - must be familiar with order processing 
  • Manage a high call volume 
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email and chat
  • Manage payments
  • Follow up on shipping status
  • Process returns

 

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of customer service experience in a call center environment 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have attention to detail
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
