Ajilon is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our health care client based in Renton, WA.

To be considered for this role 2+ years of customer service experience is needed. Pay starts at $15/hour.

As the customer service representative, you are responsible for the following:

  • Process FSA claims in relation to customer FSA contributions and adjudicate claims in relation to customer request
    • Process at least 75 claims per 8-hour shift
    • Communication via telephone (80% of the work day or 60-100 calls per shift)
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of accounts and reimbursement requests
  • Partner with other company employees to provide customers with service as outlined in department policies and procedures
  • Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem solving
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry Level wants someone who is eager to learn and grow (stable folks)
  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting (preferred)
  • Ability to type 40 WPM while speaking on the phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated/Able to work independently
