Looking for a Customer Service role in the Cerritos area? Ajilon has partnered with a manufacturing company in Cerritos, CA who is looking to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary assignment and starting pay for this position is $15 - $17 per hour dependent on experience.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order entry, inventory requests, and RMA entry. In addition to working alongside the rest of the Customer Service team, the ideal candidate would be responsible for communicating with the warehouse team regarding orders that have been received past the order deadline, checking route ETA’s, etc.
- Answering any incoming calls with the goal of one call resolution
- Research credit requests and issue any applicable credit as necessary
- Providing inventory information upon request including expiration dates, total weight of items, etc.
- Run reports on current orders to determine out of stock status on any unavailable items
- Importing orders via Excel and CSV into an internal ordering system
- Document all activities into internal customer maintenance system
- Must meet hard deadlines on a daily basis
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet company goals and objectives
- Two years of call center experience a plus
- High school diploma
- Two years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal, written communication skills
