Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a first impression to customers through incoming email requests and phone calls
  • Responds to a minimum of 60 calls/emails daily
  • Provides highest level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
  • Responds to customer inquiries about services, accounts, rates, etc.
  • Transfers calls to appropriate departments as necessary
  • Resolves customer complaints while following all policies and procedures
  • Special client projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service (call center preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar

Pay

  • $15-18/hour depending on your experience
