Customer Service Coordinator

- Acts as a first impression to customers through incoming email requests and phone calls
- Responds to a minimum of 60 calls/emails daily
- Provides highest level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Responds to customer inquiries about services, accounts, rates, etc.
- Transfers calls to appropriate departments as necessary
- Resolves customer complaints while following all policies and procedures
- Special client projects as necessary
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service (call center preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar
- $15-18/hour depending on your experience
