Job Description

Ajilon is looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative in San Francisco, CA.

This is a 3 months contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of plans and products
  • Update accounts as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months + experience of Customer Service
  • Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills HIGHLY preferred)
