Ajilon is looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative in San Francisco, CA.
This is a 3 months contract to hire position.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain knowledge of plans and products
- Update accounts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months + experience of Customer Service
- Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills HIGHLY preferred)
