Customer Service Associate

Must have 1+ year of customer service, in a call center preferred.
Full-time, must be flexible with hours Tuesday- Saturday 8am - 5pm. Temp to Hire! This is a blended in office and remote position, $14-$16 per hour depending on experience. Hiring fast!
Job duties include:
Inbound/outbound calls
Customer service and some technical support
Email and chat correspondences
Data entry documentation
Training courses in safety and policies and procedures
Dispatching to technicians or sales team
Requirements;
HS diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service
Microsoft office proficient
Type 30+ wpm
