Job Description
Ajilon is currently sourcing with a client for Customer Service Agents near the Grand Rapids MI area. 

This is an onsite position (Not Remote)

Temp to Hire  

Monday – Friday

8AM – 5PM

Pay rate - $15/HR


  • Receiving a high volume of phone work - inbound/outbound calls
  • Prepare outgoing requests for records and other correspondences as needed
  •  Identify needed components
  • Retrieving and verifying information
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Administrative skills in an office setting
  • 1+ years of high volume inbound/outbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • The ability to develop and build relationships
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • A desire to learn  
  • Flexible
  • Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
