Customer Service Account Manager

We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company in Asheboro that is looking to add a CSR/Account Manager to their team ASAP! This person will be supporting 2-3 Sales Reps. within a territory and the customer accounts for those Reps. This position is contract to hire or direct hire with benefits and will pay $35-40k. This is an onsite position M-F 8-5 and prior B2B customer service experience is required.
- Receiving orders through email and entering orders into ERP system
- Following up with clients on order specifications, preferred ship date, etc.
- Communicating with shipping/receiving and logistics to ensure product is available and providing customer with updated lead time and delivery date
- Seeing order through to delivery and answering any customer questions throughout the lifecycle of the order
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and someone flexible that is willing to learn
- Must have prior professional experience in a B2B Customer Service/Account Management role
- Excel, Access, and ERP experience are preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
