Customer Experience Associate
Ajilon is seeking individuals that can provide quality service, are customer focused, and driven to for a Customer Experience Position. This is one of the most important positions in the business as you will be the face of the company and likely the first impression for customers. In this role you will your primary duties include answering phones, data entry, and issue escalation. If this sounds like you, read below for additional details.
- Handle high call volumes
- Document customer issues and plan of action to resolve
- Input and maintain customer information
- Escalate higher level issues as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Experience in Customer Service a plus!
- Problem solving attitude
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
