Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls daily assisting members with various requests
  • Assist with filing new claims and providing status update on existing claims
  • Open research tickets as necessary to provide member reimbursement when requested
  • Mail documents requested by members
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Employment Type

  • Full-time, permanent position

Pay

  • $15/hour

Hours

  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • The call center is open 5am-5pm, schedule is flexible between those hours
