Contact Center Agent

Ajilon is partnering with a company in Downtown Seattle that’s looking for 10 Contact Center Agents to join their growing team. Business is BOOMING, and this is the perfect time to get your foot in the door and expand your work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from members – respond with scripted, legal information while building positive and long-lasting relationships
  • Use active listening skills and demonstrate empathy as necessary
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics established by company
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type 30 WPM

Pay:

  • $16.50-18.50/hour depending on experience

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
