Client Services Officer

 

Ajilon has partnered with a financial company in San Diego and is currently seeking a full time Client Services Officer. This is a direct hire opportunity with an inclusive company that offers a full benefits package and is dedicated to giving back to their community.

 

This role entails providing full operational while improving processes to support the team in meeting the goals set by the company. Our ideal candidate has been in a previous supervisory role, has strong knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and can effectively problem solve. Responsibilities:

 

  • Stay up to date with compliance in banking and regulatory policies while communicating these with the team
  • Direct day to day activities to the team
  • Maintain, review, and improve procedures to ensure high level of service to customers
  • Approve transactions with delegated approval authority
  • Assist the client service specialist with duties in their absence including opening new accounts
  • Audit accounts and completion of certifications to ensure compliance
  • Conduct staff meetings and host trainings as needed to discuss updated compliance, policies, and procedures for the branch
  • Interact with a various level of management and external sources
  • Identifying opportunities for cross selling and creating initiatives for the branch
  • Serve as backup for a variety of operations functions
  •  

    Skills:

     

  • Strong knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • High attention to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to improve processes
  • Proficient in teller, new account, safe deposit, ATM balancing and related platforms
  •  

    Qualifications:

     

  • 3-5 years banking experience preferred
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Cash handling experience required
  •  

     

    Compensation:

     

    $56,000-65,000 Annually

     

    Work Hours:

     

    9:00AM-5:00PM

    Monday-Friday

    40 hours per week
