Ajilon is looking for talented, sharp, and eager to start their career Admins for a Client & Hospitality Services Coordinator role we are working on! You are someone that has a can-do attitude and likes to have their hands in projects at all time. This is a professional solution based company located in the River North area in Chicago - easily accessible to public transportation. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and someone who wants to get their career in gear with a solid growth path laid out.
Temp to hire
Hours: 8:30-6 pm with a 1 hour lunch
Dress code: Business casual / Business chic
Location: River North
Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times - you are the face of the organization so looking for people who are proactive when they see something out of place, to make sure it looks professional at all times!
Ensure proper protocol is followed at all times
Greeting clients and visitors warmly - taking their coat, offering beverages, directing them to their proper meeting area, validate parking etc.
High level of communication (verbal and written)
Proficient in Outlook - calendar management, emailing internally and externally, sorting and delivering mail/packages throughout office
Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned
You are the main point of contact and will direct calls to the appropriate member of the team
Go to post office as needed for internal outgoing mail at end of day
Calendar management and conference room management
Run errands for office manager as needed / special projects as assigned
Make coffee for common kitchen area (make sure always full), fridge stocked, unpack office snacks in kitchen for staff
Education: AA or BA
Years' experience: 1+
Hours: 8:30-6 pm
Looking for a real fire cracker! Not a timid company so looking for candidates that can keep up and think outside the box without much hand holding.
