Call Center Representatives
An IT company within the pharmaceutical industry in Bethesda, Maryland is looking for multiple Call Center Representatives to join their team for a temporary assignment starting December 2nd. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and has excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to work within the healthcare industry in a fast paced, team environment.
- Receiving a high volume of incoming calls
- Assisting customers with renewing various policies
- Database maintenance
- Heavy customer service duties
- High school or equivalent required
- Minimum six months call center experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, including typing and talking simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- $14 per hour
