Job Description

Are you a customer service professional seeking your next opportunity? Do you have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally? Ajilon is hiring a Call Center Representative in an Insurance Setting, and we're looking now!

Duties:

  • Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
  • Enter verbal and written application information into internal databases
  • Contact customers by telephone, written correspondence and/ or an internal claims system regarding documentation required to process a claim
  • Participate in and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of clerical or customer service experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
