We are seeking a Call Center Representative (Healthcare) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent customer service experience
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Register new patients
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Forward messages to RN’s and MD’s
- Assist patients with other inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Call center experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred!
