- Direct cardholder interaction, initiating dispute/fraud cases including researching, investigating, and documenting dispute claims
- Customer claims are governed by Regulation E and/or Regulation Z requiring provisional credits, fees, interest, and cardholder communications be completed within required timeframes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products
- Ability to solve problems rapidly
- Must be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, not only network regulations but also Reg E
- Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software
- Call Center experience preferred
- Professional telephone demeanor
