Responsibilities

  • Direct cardholder interaction, initiating dispute/fraud cases including researching, investigating, and documenting dispute claims
  • Customer claims are governed by Regulation E and/or Regulation Z requiring provisional credits, fees, interest, and cardholder communications be completed within required timeframes

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products
  • Ability to solve problems rapidly
  • Must be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, not only network regulations but also Reg E
  • Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Professional telephone demeanor
