Call Center Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Direct cardholder interaction, initiating dispute/fraud cases including researching, investigating, and documenting dispute claims
  • Customer claims are governed by Regulation E and/or Regulation Z requiring provisional credits, fees, interest, and cardholder communications be completed within required timeframes.

Experience

  • Call Center experience preferred

Skills

  • Must be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, not only network regulations but also Reg E.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Professional telephone demeanor
