- Direct cardholder interaction, initiating dispute/fraud cases including researching, investigating, and documenting dispute claims
- Customer claims are governed by Regulation E and/or Regulation Z requiring provisional credits, fees, interest, and cardholder communications be completed within required timeframes.
- Call Center experience preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, not only network regulations but also Reg E.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software
- Professional telephone demeanor
