Call Center CSR

Ajilon is hiring for an immediate, full-time Customer Service Representative in Tacoma, WA! This position offers the ability to network with a well-established company in the healthcare industry. Our client is looking for someone to start in their call center as early as next week so if you’re interested, submit your resume as soon as possible.

Job Duties

  • Answer 40+ inbound calls daily
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about various processes or procedures
  • Maintain a level-head in high stress situations
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Pay

  • $15-18/hour depending on experience
