Job Description

Ajilon is currently partnering with a furniture company in GSO looking to add a CSR/Account Manager to their team. This position will sit on-site and will be M-F 8-5 and paying $40-45k. You must have true business to business customer service and/or account management experience to be eligible for this position. 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Work with Sales Reps. to manage specific customer accounts
  • Receive and enter orders into company database
  • Edit orders to meet client specifications based on volume, dimensions, ship date, etc.
  • Communicate with logistics team to ensure ship date is on track and confirm delivery date with customer
  • Answer and assist customer with any questions or issues throughout order lifecycle
  • Qualifications: 

  • Must have true business to business account management or customer service experience
  • Prior furniture industry experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various departments as well as customers both written and verbally
