A Business to Business Customer Service Representative role in Charlotte, NC is being recruited by Ajilon Professional Staffing. You may have the experience that our client is looking for if you possess 2+ years of previous customer service and/or product sales support experience, are tech savvy and have excellent communications skills.
- Manage and complete incoming quote requests for products and services
- Process purchase orders
- Respond to inbound client communications via phone and email
- Communicate with various departments remotely to insure delivery and payment of orders
- Obtain and enter accurate customer orders
- Communicate quotes to customers
- Handle warranty administration and product return process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years customer service and sales support experience working with customer accounts
- Professional with excellent phone skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- ERP System experience
