Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL

Do you have experience working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for creating and building lasting relationships through communication and customer service. You will also set up, manage and update customer accounts ensuring information is accurate.


Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers to address any questions or route them to the correct personnel

• Monitor inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service regarding questions and inquiries

• Process orders, forms, applications and requests in order to maintain accuracy

• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly by investing and correcting errors

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required





Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish

• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience

• Strong ability to provide quick solutions

• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
