Job Description

Ajilon is hiring for a temp-hire Benefits Coorinator job for a reputable company located in Issaquah. This role will be remote. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits coordination or administration. This person will serve as the point of contact for inquires related to company sponsored benefit programs. 

 

The Benefits Specialist job duties include:

  • Provide new employees with explanation of benefits including enrollment and fulfillment procedures
  • Manage enrollment and determine eligibility
  • Manage annual benefits enrollment program
  • Administer and coordinate Workers Compensation, COBRA, LOA’s, FMLA request and usages
  • Filing, tracking and HRIS data entry of benefits related information  
  • Sending confirmation statements
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years benefit administration experience
  • Solid understanding of open enrollment
  • Customer-centric with proven ability to handle high volume benefits inquiries over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
  • Ability to work in diverse, collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS systems
