Administrative Clerical Support Specialist
Ajilon is supporting our client in Auburn Hills, MI that is looking for an Administrative Clerical Support Specialist for the next 6 months. Our client is a large organization, so they ideally want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work collaboratively within a team and is deadline driven.
- Some of the main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Scan, sort and file documents
- Make sure conference rooms are stocked
- Start coffee
- Order lunches
- Clean up conference rooms
- Make copies and copies of shop order binders
- Help set up and clean up after company events
- Keep supply room stocked and organized
- Desk and phone set up for new hires
- Copy machine maintenance and paper restocked
- Must be computer savvy
- Perform data entry
- Must be self-directed and able to set their own priorities
- Complete follow through and ownership of all duties from start to finish
- Must be able to work in time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
- Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- 2 years of administrative support experience
- $16 hr. + dependent on depth of experience
- Contract role for 6 months
