Administrative Clerical Support Specialist

Ajilon is supporting our client in Auburn Hills, MI that is looking for an Administrative Clerical Support Specialist for the next 6 months. Our client is a large organization, so they ideally want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work collaboratively within a team and is deadline driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Some of the main duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer phones
  • Scan, sort and file documents
  • Make sure conference rooms are stocked
  • Start coffee
  • Order lunches
  • Clean up conference rooms
  • Make copies and copies of shop order binders
  • Help set up and clean up after company events
  • Keep supply room stocked and organized
  • Desk and phone set up for new hires
  • Copy machine maintenance and paper restocked
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Perform data entry
  • Must be self-directed and able to set their own priorities
  • Complete follow through and ownership of all duties from start to finish
  • Must be able to work in time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative support experience

Specifics:

  • $16 hr. + dependent on depth of experience
  • Full-time
  • Contract role for 6 months
