Job Description
Ajilon is working with an innovative and forward thinking Real Estate Investment and Advising firm in Washington, DC who is looking for an outstanding Administrative Associate to join their team. You will primarily support their investor relations team as they look to expand their business development activities. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of administrative experience in professional services with a  demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, provide a high level of customer service and have superior communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the investor relations team to include data entry into company CRM. Serve as the CRM administrator and maintain meticulous lists of contacts and manage outreach functions
  • Coordinate special events and presentations to include presentation and promotional material management, expense reporting and vendor management activities
  • Prepare and curate investor relations packages and presentations to include proofreading, scanning, filing and binding of materials
  • Assist with investor relations events including the planning and preparation of the event, set up coordination and shipment of meeting materials
  • Act as a liaison with the firm's administration team to serve as a primary resource for investor and prospect inquiries, feedback, and business growth opportunity efforts
  • Track submission of invoices and coordinate the approval of billable hours
  • Oversee front desk administration, manage special meetings and events, order office supplies, coordinate with company vendors and manage document production

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum three years of administrative and customer service expiernece in a professional office setting
  • Proven ability to provide high-touch customer service
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter,
  • Must be a strong communicator both verbal and written; highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate an interest in understanding real estate development, construction, architecture, and urban planning administration
  • Possess aptitude for learning new technology applications, and current proficiency in intermediate level MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Adobe. SharePoint and MS Project are a plus.

    Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-time

    Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000
