Ajilon is working with one of our top clients looking to fill an Administrative Assistant job for the corporate office located in San Ramon, CA. The right candidate for the job should have at least 1 year of experience conducting administrative or clerical duties. You will be responsible for answering phones, sending emails, entering and updating reports, transcribing meeting minutes, as well as being the first face clients will see when they step into the office. The hourly pay for this position is between $18.00 to $23.00 depending on your level of experience.
Your Qualifications for the job include:
- 1 year of experience in admin related field
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solver, and organized
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook and PowerPoint)
